Expand the use of the Sludge Reduction Methodology for the recovery of hydrocarbons in sludge.

Oil Tank Sludge Removal Method – I am one of the inventors of this patented method of recovering hydrocarbons from crude oil sludge at the ExxonMobil Refinery in Baytown, TX.

- Managed an $82,000,000.00 Tank Cleaning Project to clean several hundred tanks at HOVENSA St. Croix refinery in 18 months.
- Completed the project scope without an OSHA recordable incident.
- Completed the project 2 weeks ahead of the Environmental Compliance deadline.
- simultaneously managing as many as 5 material processing and tank cleaning projects for various customers.
- Responsible for planning, cleaning, and repair of Torrance tanks.
- Review bid proposals and award contracts to various tank cleaning and degassing contractors.
- Tracked due dates for annual, 5 and 10 year required inspections for affected storage tanks.
- Responsible for planning and scheduling tank turnarounds, including cleaning, inspection, repair, and return to service of all tanks at the ExxonMobil Baytown Refinery.
- Review Bid Proposals and award contracts to various tank cleaning contractors.
- Wrote tank cleaning procedures.
- Worked with Environmental on Title VCompliance.
